Coverage & Financial Benefits

• The Tuition Fees of up to $10,000 for new International undergraduate and postgraduate students will be provided under the University of Auckland International Student Excellence Scholarship.
• Up to $10,000 in tuition fees for bachelor’s, master’s and postgraduate diplomas will be awarded to new international students from ASEAN countries enrolling under the University of Auckland ASEAN High Achievers Scholarships.
• Up to $20,000 towards tuition fees for enrolling full-time in undergraduate degrees, PGDip or master’s degrees for new international students from India under the University of Auckland India High Achievers Scholarships.
• Free Airfare from the applicant’s home country to Auckland, New Zealand
• The basic accommodation costs
• Health and medical insurance will be provided
• A special grant will be granted to the scholars engaged in research activities

Requirements & Eligibility

• The applicants must be citizens of an ADB member country. List of ADB Countries
• The applicant must be admitted to an approved Master’s program.
• The student must have a Bachelor’s or its equivalent degree.
• The students must have at least 2 years of full-time professional work experience while applying for a scholarship.
• The applicant must have skills in oral as well as written English.
• The age limit is 35 years at the time of application. In some exceptional cases, the age limit would be 45 years.
