Turkiye Burslari Scholarships 2027-28, administered by Turkey's Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB), are open to Undergraduate, Master's and PhD applicants at Turkish universities, offered on a fully funded basis. The deadline to apply is 20 February 2027.

About Türkiye Bursları (Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities, YTB)

Türkiye Bursları (Türkiye Scholarships) is the Turkish government's national international scholarship programme, administered by the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB), funding undergraduate, master's and PhD study at Turkish universities for students from across the world. It's one of the largest government-funded international scholarship programmes globally by number of countries reached, and includes a mandatory year of Turkish language preparation for most award holders before their degree begins.

Coverage & Financial Benefits

• Full Tuition Fee.
• Monthly Stipend: For the BS degree program, it is 800 TL per month
• For the Master’s degree, it is 1100 TL per month.
• For PhD Degree Students, it is 1600 TL per month.

Requirements & Eligibility

• All International Students can apply for this Scholarship.
• Turkish citizens are not Eligible.
• Also, students already registered in Turkish universities can not apply.
• For the BS degree program, the age of the candidate must be less than 21 years
• For Master’s degree programs, the age of the candidate must be less than 30 years.
• For PhD Degree Programs, a Master’s degree is required, and the age must be less than 35 years.
• A good Academic Record is required.
• Experience in Research for Master’s and PhD programs is required.
• Turkish or English courses are required.
• No criminal record will be required.
