Hosted by Turkish Universities, Turkiye Burslari Scholarships 2027-28 in Turkey is open to Undergraduate, Master’s and PhD Degrees applicants, offered on a fully funded basis. The deadline to apply is 20 February 2027.

Coverage & Financial Benefits

• Full Tuition Fee.
• Monthly Stipend: For the BS degree program, it is 800 TL per month
• For the Master’s degree, it is 1100 TL per month.
• For PhD Degree Students, it is 1600 TL per month.

Requirements & Eligibility

• All International Students can apply for this Scholarship.
• Turkish citizens are not Eligible.
• Also, students already registered in Turkish universities can not apply.
• For the BS degree program, the age of the candidate must be less than 21 years
• For Master’s degree programs, the age of the candidate must be less than 30 years.
• For PhD Degree Programs, a Master’s degree is required, and the age must be less than 35 years.
• A good Academic Record is required.
• Experience in Research for Master’s and PhD programs is required.
• Turkish or English courses are required.
• No criminal record will be required.
