Open Doors funds fully funded master's and PhD study at Russian universities through a competitive selection process open to foreign nationals, stateless persons, and ethnic Russians based abroad; a completed or in-progress bachelor's degree is an advantage. Applications close 1 November 2026.

Open Doors is a Russian government-backed scholarship and olympiad programme that gives international students a route to fully funded study at Russian universities, run in partnership with a large network of participating Russian higher education institutions. • If you are a foreigner, you can enter the competition.
• You are eligible to participate in the tournament if you are a stateless person., Foreign-based Russian people are also welcome to participate in this prestigious competition.
