Portugal Higher Education Institutes has opened Portugal Government Scholarships 2026-27 For International Students to Undergraduate, Master’s and PhD Degrees applicants, offered on a fully funded basis. The deadline to apply is 30 September 2026.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Portugal Government International Scholarships are offered to all overseas students from all over the world.
• Applicants applying for an undergraduate program must have completed a 12-year degree from a secondary school or institution.
• For a Master’s degree, an undergraduate degree is required from a recognised institution.
• Students who wish to apply for a PhD Degree must have a master’s degree.
• English language proficiency is required for students whose mother language was not English in their previous studies.
• A good academic history will be appreciated.
