Requirements & Eligibility

• You must be a foreign student (other than Taiwanese nationals).
• To be successful, you must be mentally and physically fit.
• You cannot be a recipient of any other scholarship at the same time.
• You need to fill out the application form honestly, completely, and correctly.
• You need to submit the application materials required by the university.
• As long as you have a high school degree, you may be able to apply for a bachelor’s.
• If you have an undergraduate or Bachelor’s degree, you are eligible to apply for Master’s programs.
• You are eligible to apply for doctoral programs if you have a Master’s degree.
