Requirements & Eligibility

• International students outside Taiwan can apply for this scholarship.
• Good physical and mental health is required of the applicants.
• Students will be permitted only one scholarship to be received (whichever one is greater).
• Applicants who have completed their high school education are eligible to apply for bachelor’s degrees.
• An undergraduate or bachelor’s degree is required to apply for a Master’s degree program at the National Tsing Hua University.
• Applications for PhD/Doctoral Degree programs will be accepted from applicants with master’s degrees.
