France's Eiffel Excellence Scholarship fully funds master's and PhD study for international students only, with an age limit of 30 for master's applicants and 35 for PhD applicants. Applications close 8 January 2027.

About French Ministry of Europe

The Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Programme is funded by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs and administered through Campus France, supporting master's and PhD study at French institutions for high-potential international students, prioritizing fields like engineering, economics, law and political science. Unlike scholarships you apply for directly, Eiffel applications must be submitted by the French host institution on the student's behalf, not by the student themselves.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Only International Students can apply for the 2027-28 Eiffel Scholarships.
• The age for Master’s Degree Programs is up to 30 Years.
• Age for PhD: not more than 35 years.
• Almost all Universities in France do not require IELTS or TOEFL. Get an English Proficiency Certificate from your university for your last degree.

3. 3Ensure your academic file (transcripts, references, prior achievements) is strong, since the nominating institution typically selects only its most competitive applicants to put forward.
