Overview

SPSC's annual Combined Competitive Examination (CCE-2026), through which posts across Sindh provincial civil service departments are allocated based on candidates' ranked options and the number of vacancies available. Advertised as SPSC Advertisement No. 04/2026, dated 19 August 2026. Applications are online-only via spsc.gov.pk, with the written examination held at Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur and Larkana.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Pakistani citizenship; domiciled and permanent resident of Sindh Province as on the closing date
• At least a 2nd Division Bachelor's degree (foreign degrees require an HEC equivalence certificate)
• Age 21-30 years as on 1 September 2026; relaxed to 35 for Sindh-domiciled candidates with 4+ years of continuous Federal/Sindh government service
• Maximum of three attempts at the CCE, per the Supreme Court's Suo Moto Case No. 18/2016 ruling
• Screening-test qualifying threshold is 40% marks (80 out of 200) per the amended Regulation 74 criteria
