• Registered as a Professional Engineer with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC)
• Only practical experience acquired after the prescribed qualification is considered; private-sector experience counted only if the employer is PEC/SECP/Registrar-of-Firms registered
• Age 26-38 years, +5 relaxation = 43, as on the closing date; male candidates only
• One-paper MCQ written test (100 marks, 90 minutes) on B.Sc. Civil Engineering-related questions
