Overview

Oversees licensing of Railways land and property use. Advertised by Pakistan Railways Directorate of Land Management Headquarters Office, Lahore — notification per Ministry of Railways letter No. 49(4)/2023(P and D), dated 14 April 2026 (PID(L) 514/2026). Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor's Degree in Urban Planning, City & Regional Planning, MBA (Marketing/Finance) or another relevant degree, with 5 years' post-qualification experience, preferably in real estate and land management
• Maximum age limit 62 years unless otherwise stated
• Selection is based on 70% written test and 30% interview; no TA/DA is admissible for the test/interview
• Selected candidates must be posted anywhere in Pakistan Railways and are subject to a pre-employment medical examination
